This versatile piece of gym equipment perfect for functional strength training offers a compact cable system with a space-saving corner design. It has a dual action pulley system with 16-position high to low cable pulleys which run on a 2:1 ratio to provide extra cable travel and a smooth lifting experience. Perform single-arm and dual-arm movements to target multiple muscle groups and use the front-facing wide grip pull-up bar to maximise results. The machine has 2 x 90kg (198lbs) weight stacks with steel protective enclosures offering an inspirational exercise chart. It comes complete with cable attachments such as 2 nylon D handles, a triceps rope, a short and long bar, as well as storage hooks enabling you to keep the accessories easily accessible.
