Ideal for gaining muscle mass and developing strength, it can be used for upper and lower body workouts and features a heavy-duty construction with a robust steel frame and anti-slip feet ensuring added support and security. To let you maximise gains and increase workout versatility, the rack features adjustable width, height and spotter catchers. It is designed for use with 7ft (213cm) Olympic and standard barbells and supports a maximum load of 240kg (529lbs). To safely store your weight plates in between training sessions, there are 2 weight plate storage horns.
