Featuring a heavy-duty, durable SBR rubber construction, they are resistant to cold and moisture and perfect for indoor and outdoor use. To make the plates easy to pick up and allow for free weight exercises, there is a practical tri-grip design. The weight plates are sized accordingly to the IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) standard and compatible with Olympic (2′) barbells. They ensure a minimal bounce and have a tough and durable solid steel centre hole. An embossed logo, weight mark and colour-coded detailing guarantee quick and easy identification.
