The ISO-Grip design with 3 holes provides a comfortable grip and improves manoeuvrability, while a steel centrepiece of the plates allows easy loading and unloading of bars. The plates are equipped with a high quality rubber casing that enhances durability and ensures floor protection. They have a central 2′ (5cm) hole diameter that makes them compatible with Olympic bars.
